Is your Auction Listing one of the best on eBay?

What does your eBay auction listing say about you?

Are you happy with your eBay auction listings? Does your listing stand out and say to people 'Look at me! Here I am! Come and buy me now!' Or is yours like so many others, and just sit there hoping someone will click on it?

If you want people to click on your products and make a purchase, you have to offer something the others don't. You have to make your listing stand up and be noticed. You have to.......

Let's look at it another way. Have you ever been to a market on market day and seen all the stall holders selling their wares? They shout a lot and wave their arms about like tick tack men at the races, even though some of the goods they have on display are, shall we say, a little bit ordinary.

No matter. The point is they're attracting attention to themselves and their stall. They're saying 'Look at MY stall - I've got much better goods for sale than anyone else', and most of the time they do a good trade despite their limitations.

The secret is they are enthusiastic about the products they sell, and because they convey this enthusiasm vocally, and in gestures, it becomes infectious and people will go to their stall 'just to have a look'. Because you only have a few words and a photograph to put across your 'sales pitch', doesn't mean you can't display the same sort of enthusiasm. In fact it's ESSENTIAL that you do!

Here's a good tip. Go onto eBay and have a look at products similar to your own, and pick out the ones that stand out from the others. If you were a customer looking for that product, which ones would YOU click on, and why? There's a very good chance that the ones you choose would be placed by an eBay PowerSeller. They will stand out simply because they say something important. If you want to do the same, make a note of how they've worded it, and do something similar.

You MUST come across as enthusiastic about your products. If you can't muster some enthusiasm for your product, how can you expect anyone else to?

If you're still not sure what to write, or how to lay it out, have a look at the 'Auctionadcreater' Template Tool. You can find this tool on the 'FREE AUCTION TOOLS' button on the right hand side of this blog. Don't forget, all these tools are absolutely FREE!

I hope this tip has been useful, and if you'd like to find out how a real eBay PowerSeller does her listings, and earns between £350 - £2,500 per week from her kitchen table, then follow the LINK HERE. It's a real eyeopener!
